  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
  • If the product is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and handling fees).
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • We do not accept returns on products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident.
